By submitting an image, you grant Scam Skate Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the image for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
4. Copyright Violations
If you believe that your copyright has been infringed by an image submitted by another user, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where we can find the infringing artwork.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

4. Custom Graphics
4.1. Image Submission: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the images they submit for printing do not violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
4.2. Image Quality: We are not responsible for poor image quality due to low resolution or other issues with the submitted image.
4.3. Color Accuracy: Due to variations in monitor settings and printing processes, the colors of the final printed product may not exactly match the colors shown on your screen. We strive to produce the most accurate colors possible, but slight color variations are to be expected.
5. Pricing
5.1. Prices: All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. 5.2. Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total.
6. Payment
Payment must be made in full before any product is shipped.
7. Shipping
7.1. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address and will be added to your order total. 7.2. Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping.

8.1. Custom Products: Due to the nature of custom products, all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted. 8.2. Non-Custom Products: Returns for non-custom products are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
