How It's Made

SKATEBOARD PRODUCTION PROCESS

Quality Wood

Thin sheets of high quality, Canadian maple are stored in a climate-controlled room, where they wait their turn to be pressed.

Cold-Press

Several layers of maple veneer are glued together and pressed in a mold for 12 hours giving the board it's shape and contours.

CNC Cutting

The boards are drilled and cut to shape on a CNC router. They are then carefully finished by hand.

SKATEBOARD FINISHING

Sanding and Clear Coat

Each board is sanded and inspected by hand before entering the paint room to be sealed with clearcoat.

Graphic Printing

Screen printed graphics are applied to the bottom of the board with a heated roller press.

Finished Product!

The boards are shrink-wrapped, barcoded, and ready to hit the shelves!
